    I would like to know how to make a reservation for magical express between hotel and aorport.

    Hello there, Hisako! Welcome to the wonderful world of planDisney! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out and ask your excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation question! 

    Disney’s Magical Express Service is the premier mode of transportation available to get Disney Resort hotel Guests from Orlando International Airport to their Disney Resort hotel! For my own family, boarding Disney’s Magical Express really signifies the beginning of our vacations and puts us into the “Disney mindset”! It is an incredibly convenient service that reduces some of the travel stress felt while vacationing. 

    Guests will need to make a reservation prior to utilizing this service. You may do this by calling Disney’s Magical Express phone line at (407) 939-1936. Some information you may need before making this call is your arrival and departure flight information. This assists Cast Members in coordinating your specific motor coach service so you may get to your destination as quickly as possible. 

    Prior to your arrival, you will receive a confirmation letter via mail. Once you arrive, you will need to present either this letter, your MagicBand, or a Disney MagicMobile pass to verify your reservation. When using this service, I always make sure my family has packed their MagicBands in our carry-on luggage so we are able to quickly find them whenever we arrive at Orlando International Airport! 

    If you do not plan on using MagicBands during your trip, I would recommend taking advantage of the all-new Disney MagicMobile service! This convenient service allows you to access the MagicBand features through your iPhone, Apple Watch, or other smart devices. All you will need to do is create a Disney MagicMobile pass through the My Disney Experience app and add it to your smart device’s digital wallet. Most features will then be available by simply holding your device to an access point!
