I know we request excursions 130 days out (concierge). What onboard activities do I request then besides BBB, Royal Tea, Palo/Remy reservations? Is there a checklist or is my 130 request an open email request? I don't want to miss something amazing.

    Ahoy, Sara!

Thanks for sailing by planDisney! It sounds like you’re charting a course for an unforgettable Concierge-level adventure next February, and you’re already ahead of the tide with your planning. I love your proactive pixie-dusted approach—it’s the perfect way to make sure you don’t miss a moment of the magic!

Now let’s dive into that oh-so-important 130-day mark and make sure you’re ready to request everything your Disney-loving heart desires! About five days before your booking window opens, you should receive an email from the Concierge Team. This magical message will include general information about what’s available to book and serve as your friendly reminder to have your dream list ready to go. There’s no formal checklist or template, so feel free to let your personality shine in your email! Just remember to prioritize your requests, with your most treasured wishes right at the top!

Now let’s sprinkle some pixie dust on the list of activities you may want to include in your email request:

Port Adventures (especially private or hard-to-get ones)
Adult Dining at Palo or Remy (or Enchanté on the Wish and Treasure!)
Senses Spa & Salon (massages, couple’s treatment, and more)
    • Beverage Tastings (from mixology to champagne)
    • Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for your little prince or princess
    • “it’s a small world” nursery! reservations
    • Royal Gathering (Princess meet-and-greet experience that books fast!)
    • Olaf’s Royal Picnic (on the Wish), Adventure Tea with Royalty (on the Treasure), or Royal Court Royal Tea (on the Magic, Wonder, Dream, and Fantasy)
    • Dining Rotation Requests, including requests for a specific table location or restaurant on a specific night (super helpful if you’re planning something like Palo on Pirate Night!)
    • Special Celebrations, like birthday cakes, room decorations, or anything extra special to commemorate your occasion

And if you’re dreaming of snagging a cabana on Castaway Cay or Lookout Cay, be sure to make that your number one request—they are as coveted as a seat in the front row of the Festival of Fantasy parade!

The Concierge Team is absolutely fantastic at doing their best to make your wishes come true, but just like Fairy Godmothers-in-training, some requests aren’t always guaranteed. The earlier you submit your list at the 130-day mark, the more likely you are to secure your top picks!

You're in for such a magical voyage, and with a little advance planning and a whole lot of pixie dust, it’ll be smooth sailing to your dream Disney vacation.

Sea ya real soon with a splash of April fun and a boatload of Disney magic,
    Dustin
