Ahoy, Karine!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you for letting us help you prepare for your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation.
Karine, as a fellow coffee drinker, I understand wanting to make sure you have the perfect cup of joe every day. I checked the portable electronic espresso machine you shared, and it is a prohibited item due to safety concerns. The good news is that specialty coffee is available on board at locations like
Cove Café, and it's quite delicious. One of my favorite things to do is enjoy my daily cup in one of these cafés on board. I find the baristas in these spaces very accommodating, making sure my order is just right! You can also get yours to-go if you'd like to sip by the pool, in your stateroom, or strolling along Deck 4. Although this is an additional fee to plan for on board, you will be able to take advantage of their "Café Fanatic" punch card for a free specialty coffee or tea after you've purchased five. I've been known to earn at least two freebies on my past cruises! Complimentary coffee is offered on the room service menu and at the 24-hour drink stations onboard, and specialty coffees are also available for purchase in the main dining venues, various lounges and bars, and adult-only dining locations.
As you continue to count down the days to your magical voyage, be sure to have the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app downloaded before arriving at the cruise terminal. Not only will you find your coffee options available on the app, but you'll also have the entertainment and activities schedule,
dining rotation, onboard account information, and your
cruise photos (and more!) all at your fingertips.
I'm glad you checked in with us about the item in question, as items on the
prohibited items list are confiscated and returned upon disembarkation. Please let us know if you have any other questions before you set sail!
