    Do you know when registration for the 2013 marathon will open?I also use Jeff Galloway's run/walk method. What is your run/walk ratio?

    Hi Howard!  The 2013 marathon should be open for registration in the spring, probably sometime in April.  You can keep checking the runDisney website for further announcements.  If you are on Facebook, runDisney has a fan page on there and they make a lot of announcements and send out information via that page.  You can just search for "rundisney" and then "like" the page to receive special announcements there.
    I love the run/walk/run method!  My ratio changes depending on the race and how much I have trained for it.  If I have had time to train a lot, I will do a 4 minute run/1 minute walk.  I did the Disney World half marathon a few weekends ago without having had much time to train for it, so I did a 2 minute run/1 minute walk ratio and actually felt great!  I think it's fun to play around with your intervals.  Some days you feel better than others, so I just go with it!  Let me know if I can help you plan a runDisney trip!  Hope to see you at one of the races!
