Hi! I would like to know how the refilling mug works. I get to refill as many times as I want or do I have a limited times to do it per day? That mug changes everyday or it's the same for the whole stay? I bought the Quick Dining plan. Thank you!

Hello Nicolas!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

After you check in to your Walt Disney World Resort, head to your resort's food court to pick up your refillable mugs.  Since you are on the Disney Dining Plan, you will recieve yours free of charge, you  will just need to scan your MagicBand at the cash register and have a Cast Member activate them.  The refillable mugs can be programmed for 1 Day, 2 Days, 3 Days or the entire length of your stay.  Because you are on the Disney Dining Plan, yours will be programmed for the entire length of your stay.  You will get 1 mug per person to use your entire vacation.  You can refill your mugs as many times as you want, however when your cup is full (16oz.) you will have to wait 2 minutes before you can fill it up again.  You can use the mugs for soda, tea, water and coffee at the Walt Disney World Resorts.

We love using our refillable mugs while on vacation and they make a great souvenir to bring home.  If I can help you with anything else, please let me know.  Have a great day!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
