Hello Cat! And welcome to planDisney! The best place to ask questions about strollers to a panellist who is a father to two little adventurers who don't like staying inside strollers.
I can't even begin to imagine how thrilled your entire family must be right now as your travel dates are quickly approaching! You guys are about to have the most incredible time ever! And let me tell you, the resort really cares about parents with little ones, offering fantastic services such as
Baby Care Centers,
Rider Switch, and
special dietary requests.
I'm delighted to share that double strollers are absolutely welcome in the park, as long as they meet the
size guidelines outlined in the park rules. At the moment, strollers should be no wider than 31 inches and no longer than 52 inches. Stroller wagons are not permitted at this time. I've gone over the rules, and there's no mention of double strollers with connectors being prohibited. Just keep in mind that any object that looks like a trailer and is either pushed, pulled, or towed by an electric conveyance vehicle, wheelchair, stroller, or person is not allowed.
I have a back-to-back stroller that I have used multiple times at the parks. It is not an ideal solution as the child in the back seat doesn't get a full view of the park or special events like parades, shows, and fireworks. My recommendation is to use a small side-to-side double stroller as it allows for quick maneuvers and parking.
Cat, I'm so glad I could help you out with your question. Don't ever hesitate to
hit me up with any questions or concerns you have about your next adventure - I'm always happy to help out a friend!
Cheers
