Do you know when they will put out their calendar for the seasons? I'm trying to plan a vacation in the first week in October for Disneyland and would like to go to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween parade.

    Hi, Victoria!

The Halloween season is one of my favorite times to visit the Disneyland Resort, so my family makes an annual trip there every October. We love all of the fall decor, the seasonal treats, and experiencing the Haunted Mansion Holiday attraction.

Halloween Time at the Disneyland Resort typically runs from mid-September through October 31, and the dates for Mickey’s Halloween Party at Disneyland Park are usually released in the summer (this past year, the official announcement was made in late June). If you've never attended the party, I highly recommend it. It’s a fun private event open only to special ticket holders, and in the past it has featured spooky crafts, music, lots of characters for photo opportunities, the Halloween Screams fireworks spectacular, Mickey’s Costume Party Cavalcade, and many treat stations for the little ones. The best part is that everyone in the family can wear a Halloween costume—even the adults!

Be sure to watch the Disney Parks Blog for the announcement of this fall's dates for Mickey's Halloween Party. Have a spooktacular vacation, Victoria!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
