Hi, I like to know more about purchasing tickets. I live here in southern california with one daughter and one lives in Portland. Can I buy discount tickets for both of my kids? How much is a 3 day hopper for each of them ? I am very confused by your webs

    Hi Jeanette!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad that you found us hEAR. I'd love to assist you today!

Oh boy! Taking your Mouseketeers to The Happiest Place on Earth is always a good idea and way to create some special memories, no matter how old they get! The current Southern California Resident 3-day Ticket offer is valid for those who reside in zip codes 90000 through 93599 as well as the Baja California zips of 21000 - 22999. So you and your at-home daughter should be a-okay on purchasing and using these tickets so long that you can both provide a photo ID with your address. (If your daughter isn't old enough to have a drivers license she can use a school ID.)

I don't have the proper magic mirror to access more information about your family that you may have stored away in your My Disney account, so I'm going to take a few shots in the dark here. If your other daughter is in Portland for college (undergrad or higher) and still claims your address on a drivers license, then she will also fall under this ticket offer. If she's in the Pacific Northwest as a high school student (boarding school, living with another relative, etc) she most likely will be able to fall under this ticket offer but will need to show a school ID to prove that she's a minor. If, however, she's a fully grown young adult, living her dream in the Rose City and her drivers license reflects Oregon as her permanent address, then she would need a regular theme park admission ticket.

The ticket prices during this promotion are *$199 for a 1-park-per-day ticket, *$259 for a Park Hopper, *$259 for a 1-park-per-day with the Genie+ add-on, and *$319 for a Park Hopper with Genie+. All of the tickets offer three individual admissions that are able to be used Monday - Friday between now and May 26. Genie+ works very similar to the previous MaxPass. One new step in planning your Disney Days is that you must now also designate which park you plan on visiting each day by making a Park Pass Reservation. And hEAR's a helpful calendar that shows the current park pass availability so you can better pick your dates.

I hope this helped to clEAR things up a big, Jeanette! And if you have any more Disneyland Resort planning questions, We're All Ears!
