Howdy Travis!
Welcome to planDisney. There is nothing like planning another vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth. The
Lightning Lane Multi Pass is a must for our family as it allows us to maximize our time in the parks and plan our day more efficiently. Let’s see how we can help you maximize your day with a little bit of planning.
So if you are staying at a Disney Resort Collection Hotel or other Select Hotel, you may begin booking your Lightning Lanes at 7 AM EST 7 days prior to your arrival for up to 10 days of your visit. Based on your arrival date, you can begin booking them on Sunday, June 21st, for any day you would like during your stay. So plan on logging in that day either on the
Walt Disney World website or my preferred method, the
My Disney Experience app, and you will be good to go.
Since you are looking to book EPCOT, I would love to share the strategy I used to make the most of our day when we visited a few weeks ago. First of all, when you’re booking, I would go ahead and get a Lightning Lane Single Pass for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. This will make your visit much more convenient. If you can, I would plan on rope-dropping the park and heading over to Test Track first. With that in mind, let’s get to your first 3 experiences to book. Since you can rope drop Test Track, I would use your tier 1 option and choose either Frozen Ever After or Remi’s Ratatouille Adventure. For your other two choices, I would absolutely get Soarin’ Across America, since it will be brand-new and probably super popular. You can use your third choice for whichever experience you would like most. I recommend booking your first experience as early as possible. Once you use it, you can book any other experiences, such as a tier 1 ride, after you have scanned in.
Travis, I hope this helps and that you have a magical vacation at the Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts. If you have any further questions, please stop back by, and one of my fellow panelists or I will be happy to assist.
See ya real soon,
Robert
