Welcome to planDisney! As someone who believes in treating herself (and her family) when she steps into Walt Disney World Resort, I love that I can use my
MagicBand+ to charge purchases when I stay at a Resort Hotel.
While I know you can charge things like dining and merchandise to your resort hotel using either a MagicBand+ or Key to the World Card, I have never tried charging a theme park ticket purchase before. Rhonda, I reached out to a Cast Member to confirm, and unfortunately, they shared that theme park ticket purchases aren't currently something you can charge back to your resort hotel room. You would need to purchase using either a
Disney Gift Card or a debit/credit card at the time of purchase.

Walt Disney World Vacation Package instead of a room-only reservation? What I love about Vacation Packages is that, depending on when you book them, they let you pay for your resort hotel reservation and theme park tickets over time (with the final payment due 30 days before you arrive). I love having the flexibility to have the vacation that I want while also being friendlier to my wallet. Then, once you arrive at Walt Disney World, your tickets and resort hotel are fully paid, and you can charge the fun things back to your room (like yummy treats!).
