    I want to know if I can purchase and use the all day refillable mugs?

    Hi Kristy!

    We love using the Resort refillable mugs!  We fill ours up in the morning, in the evening, on our way to a park, on our way back to our room from a park and any other time in-between.  You can certainly purchase them if you are not on the Disney Dining Plan. They are a flat fee and are active for your length of stay.  They can be used at any Walt Disney World Resort hotel, not just the one where you are staying and are good for unlimited refills at any refill station.  You can purchase them at any Resort hotel Quick-Service restaurant.  They also make great souvenirs when you get home!  I use mine almost daily for coffee and my daughter loves to use her hot pink one for water.
