Hi there, Jill! Thanks for stopping by planDisney to ask your question.
If you've been unable to find information about the
Walt Disney World Annual Passes, Jill, there's a good explanation for that. Currently, the sale of new annual passes has been temporarily suspended. The program has not yet returned to us since the reopening of Walt Disney World last summer. I'm unable to give you the current annual pass pricing at this time since they are not for sale at the moment. I don't think the program will be on pause for too much longer though because Guests with currently annual passes are able to renew for next year at this time. I think they were using the pause of sales as a way to help control the capacity since it was under such restrictions. But, with everything slowly getting back to normal I think we will see it come back sooner rather than later.
Jill, I am excited to know that you are interested in joining the Walt Disney World Annual Passholder family. I've been one for years now and it's the best decision I've ever made. Some of my favorite perks include complimentary theme park parking, the use of Memory Maker for the entire year, discounts on select stays and merchandise and getting to go to the theme parks whenever I'd like isn't bad either! It is well worth the investment.
Until the sale of new Annual Passes opens up, you have to options for
theme park tickets. You can purchase standard theme park admission that lets you visit one park per day. The other option is to upgrade to the park hopper which allows you to visit multiple Walt Disney World Theme Parks in one day. There isn't a bad choice here but I am partial to park hopping. It's my favorite way to spend a Disney day.
I'm sorry I don't have more information about the Annual Passes for you, Jill. I have my fingers crossed you'll be able to join the family very soon. Be sure to keep an eye out over on the
Disney Parks Blog for updates. If you have any other questions, stop back by and
ask me. I'm happy to help. Have a great day!
