Do you know when they post the attractions that'll be down for maintenance? We are going to Disneyland May 7-14. Do you think it would be less busy Sat, May 11 or Sun, May 12 (mothers day)? We have a 5 day park hopper so one day won't be going.

Hello, Melanie! I'm glad you've brought your great questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Before you know it, you're Disneyland Resort vacation will be here!

Though availability and hours are subject to change, entertainment and attraction calendars typically are available six weeks in advance. By the first week of April, you should be able to map out your anticipated vacation itinerary!

Looking at the 1-day ticket calendar, both Saturday, May 11 and Sunday, May 12, 2019 are scheduled as "regular" days. Though attendance may fluctuate, I feel both of these days will have comparable attendance levels. One thing that may persuade you one way or the other may be special dining options available only on Mother's Day. In years past, Steakhouse 55, Storytellers Café, and Carthay Circle Restaurant have offered special events or menu items to celebrate Mothers. Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for announcements of special offerings this year. Should you be interested in these limited-time offerings, dining reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance. Also, if you are staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you may be interested in a special Mother's Day floral arrangement, gift basket, or other in-room celebration.

    Have a Fantasmic! time, Melanie!
