Hello, I would like to know if it's still possible to upgrade a one day ticket to the 3 day residential ticket?

    Hi, Carmen!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with this great question about the Disneyland Resort. The recently-announced resident ticket offer for Californians makes it possible for us to enjoy more magic for less at the Happiest Place on Earth, so I’m glad you asked about it!

Yes, if you’re a current California resident who purchased a theme park ticket with a retail cost that is less than the new promotional ticket, you can indeed upgrade your unused ticket to a 3-day California resident Park Hopper or 1-park-per-day ticket. The resident tickets can be used on any three consecutive or non-consecutive days from now until September 30, 2021, so you can use the days all at once or spread them out over several weeks. The choice is yours!

Please visit a Main Entrance Ticket Booth at the Disneyland Resort to upgrade your ticket. Be prepared to pay the full difference in price at that time, and please remember that you will still need to make a theme park reservation online for each day you plan to enter a park.

I hope this answer helps you enjoy a summer full of pixie-dusted moments in Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, Carmen! Please feel free to send us any other questions you may have before your adventures begin.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
