We want to know if it is possible to include an additional guest at front desk when we arrive or how we can do it in case a family member decides to come with us at the last minute. He would buy tickets for the days he will be in the park.

    Hi there, Guillermo!

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing us your excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. It sounds like you're planning an exciting visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! Staying at a Disney Resort hotel is a great way to add a dash of pixie dust to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I'd be happy to help your family prepare for an enchanting getaway!

Guillermo, vacation plans change. If your vacations (and family members) are anything like mine, every now and then, you might end up with last-minute "tagalongs!" (In fact, whenever I find out my family or friends are planning on visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth without me, then I'm usually the one tagging along!) I'm happy to inform you that, if your room type can safely and comfortably accommodate an additional Guest, you'll likely be able to add them to your booking. However, I highly recommend completing this modification before you check in at your Disney Resort hotel, Guillermo. I encourage you to make a phone call to the helpful Cast Members at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line to discuss your options. That way, you won't be disappointed if the additional Guest cannot be accommodated, and additional arrangements can be made if necessary/available.

It's important to note that adding another Guest to your Resort hotel reservation may result in an "Additional Adult" fee, Guillermo. Most standard Disney Resort hotel room types are priced for two adult Guests, and additional adults will be charged a fee per night which varies by Resort hotel category. At this time, the fee for each additional adult Guest is $15 per night at the Value Resort hotels, $25 per night at the Moderate Resort hotels, and $35 per night at the Deluxe Resort hotels. However, these fees do not apply to the Deluxe Villa Resorts or the Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort or Disney's All-Star Music Resort.

Guillermo, I hope this information helps your family prepare for a magical and memorable Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I wish you safe travels and lots of laughs together in the theme parks. You're always welcome to return to planDisney with any additional planning questions you might have. We're here to help you make the most of your time at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

    Warm wishes,

    Lauren
