I know that the policy for bringing your own wine is no more than 2 bottles (750ml ea.) of wine/person. I'd rather bring on a few small single serve wine pouches instead since I won't drink an entire bottle during our cruise. Are those allowed?

    Hi there, Jennifer!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  WAHOO!!  You have a Disney Cruise Line vacation booked and that is SO exciting!  You are going to have the most WONDERful time onboard making FANTAStic memories while living the DREAM with Captain Mickey and experiencing everything MAGICal about a Disney Cruise Line vacation!

Disney Cruise Line is unique in so many ways, but their alcohol policy is one of the reasons that keeps my husband coming back for more voyages!  While he is always fine with ordering a glass of wine at one of the onboard lounges or bars, he does enjoy being able to bring onboard his favorite bottle and also save some money while doing so!  Disney Cruise Line’s alcohol policy states that any Guest 21 years or older may bring UP TO two bottles of wine (maximum size 750ml) OR 6 bottles of beer (maximum 12ml) at each port of call.  Unfortunately, as the policy states, you are only permitted to bring up to two bottles of wine (or pouches as long as they do not exceed the maximum volume).  So, you could certainly bring on two single serve wine pouches, but you can not bring on any more than that – unless another adult in your cabin brought on an additional two.  So, my recommendation would be to bring onboard the two pouches OR bring on one or two unopened bottles, even if you don’t end up finishing them while onboard.  Just remember to carry it onboard with you and not put it in your checked luggage!

Hopefully this helps clarify the policy and ensures that you won’t have anything taken upon arrival at the port for embarkation.   If you have any other questions about cruising with Captain Mickey, please come back!

Wishing you a magical and memorable adventure!

    Happy Sailing!
