Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. I can't get enough of the dreamy pastel buildings, palm trees everywhere, and amazing Caribbean food and frosty drinks at this gorgeous Disney Resorts Collection hotel. I'm excited to hear you'll be spending your summer vacation in this tropical paradise!
The Caribbean Cay playground is a young swashbuckler's dream, isn't it? My husband and I are huge fans of picking up a cold drink and finding a shady spot while our Mouseketeers play and explore in the resort hotel playgrounds. I just checked in with a Cast Member, who told me that the
playgrounds at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort have not yet re-opened. They don't have an opening date at this time, but I encourage you to check with a Cast Member when you check in this August. I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes that "x marks the spot" by the time of your visit and your kiddos can visit this treasured playground!
The nice thing about this resort is that there is so much to see and explore. If the playgrounds aren't open, I recommend making an adventure out of checking out the various
walking and jogging paths and pools at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. Ask about recreation offerings by the pools and around the resort during your stay. And remember that the
Fuentes del Morro Pool provides lots of opportunities for fun and exercise!
