    Hi Moms in the know.. Planning a special christmas trip, just found out the christmas parade(TV) is not live on Christmas Day. So Is there anything special we can do on Christmas Day? I'm planning a once in a lifetime vacation for my Mom (79) . THANKS!!

    Hi Cynthia! Although the Magic Kingdom parade is indeed not live on the 25th there is no reason not to head into the park to enjoy the holiday parade!  The spirit of the day will be everywhere and just walking through the park will be uplifting and quite an experience.

    Be sure and include the Candlelight Processional held in EPCOT three times a night during the holidays. This is a beautiful story of Christmas done through narration and song. You can pair it with a dining package which will assure you to have a good seat for one of the shows.  Follow that with a viewing of Illuminations and it will be an unbelievable night!

    Anything you do will be special. Your mom will never forget her trip. I did this for my own mother a couple of years ago and it will always be one of her favorite trips!
