Hiya Ian,
Welcome to planDisney! One of the very first things I did when my Prince Charming and I arrived in Florida was update my address for Walt Disney World Resort. As someone who loves visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth as much as I do, I knew I needed to take advantage of the Florida resident exclusive annual passes.
Currently, Ian, all of the Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passes are on sale, including the Pixie Dust Pass. When I spoke to a Cast Member, she told me that since the Pixie Dust Pass is reserved for Florida Residents only, Guests who reside outside of Florida (or are logging in from a device outside of Florida) will not be able to see the Pixie Dust, Pirate, or Sorcerer Pass when they are on the webpage. This can also happen if the address on your
My Disney Experience account doesn’t reflect your Florida address. My Prince Charming found this out when we moved from Texas, and he tried to renew his Annual Pass and hadn’t yet updated his address in the system to our Florida one. If you are a Florida Resident and unable to see the Pixie Dust Pass for purchase, my advice would be to either speak to a
Cast Member over the phone to purchase the annual pass or purchase it in person at Guest Relations (or a ticket counter).
I hope this was helpful, Ian. Before I let you go, I just wanted to remind you of the
valid forms of residency you need to purchase and use to get Florida resident annual passes. If you do not have a valid Florida driver’s license, Florida-based military ID, or Florida state-issued ID card, you will need to provide evidence of your residency at a Florida address, such as a current mortgage statement, homeowner’s insurance policy, and select pieces of other mail from the last two 2 months. If you need anything else, please come back and see us.
Happy Planning,
Ashley F.
