Hello, I know that at our pay in full date we can no longer cancel and get a full refund, but what if we pay the full amount before that date? Can we still cancel for a full refund before the actual pay in full date? Thank you.

Cruise cancellation fees are dependent on many factors including stateroom category, length of cruise, location of Guest, and number of days prior to the vacation commencement date. Terms and Conditions for New Zealand can be found on the Disney Cruise Line website. I suggest that you call and ask Disney Cruise Line because they can look up your reservation and provide specific information. If eligible, your refund will go back to the original form of payment.
