How do I know if I did the park reservation the right way? I’m so nervous!

    Hey there, hi there Amanda!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. There are so many things to check off your list when you are getting ready to visit Walt Disney World. Making theme park reservations is definitely at the top!

I can relate to feeling nervous that you didn't actually make a reservation for everyone in your party. Actually, with dining reservations, I have accidentally booked a table for just myself instead of my group of 3. Fortunately, all worked out in the end. But, let's make sure you are all set for a magical vacation.

You can check your reservations in My Disney Experience, either on your computer or mobile device. If you don't have My Disney Experience app on your mobile device yet, you'll want to do that soon. It has tools like the Tip Board to help you see attraction wait times, Mobile Food Ordering, and so many other features to help your trip run smoothly.

On your desktop computer, log into your My Disney Experience account. Select My Plans from the drop down menu. You should be able to scroll down and see your Daily Itinerary, listing each park you are visiting as well as any dining reservations or Enchanting Extras you may have booked for each day of your trip. If you see a park listed in your plans, you'll know you have a reservation.

In your My Disney Experience app, you can find the same information. Click the 3 horizontal lines in the bottom right corner (the hamburger menu). Then select the box titled Future Plans. This will show you everything that you have linked to your account.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
