I know I can have packages shipped to my hotel (French Quarter) before my arrival, and I can get on check in. Is there a charge to have the hotel accept packages for me?

    Hi, Aisha!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm glad to answer your question because Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter holds an exceptional place in my heart. I've spent my entire honeymoon there, and my husband and I loved it! It is the smallest hotel within the Walt Disney World Resort, it has a charmingly quiet atmosphere, and boat rides to Disney Springs. It's perfect!

To receive your packages, make sure that you include the mailing address of your Disney Resort Hotel. It's also vital that you include the word 'Guest' before your name, as well as the date of your arrival. A package handling fee of $6 will be applied to all packages received through the Front Desk, so it's wise to factor that cost on your online purchases.

I hope that your visit to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter is as magical as it can be, Aisha! If more questions come up before your trip, please, come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We're always here for you!

May the magic be with you,
