Drew, since I’m not sure whether you are referring to mail shipped from a merchandise location at Walt Disney World Resort or something shipped from your resort hotel, I’ll give you the answer for the

us, and we can try to assist further with more detail. Now let’s chat merchandise! When you made your purchase, you should’ve received a tracking number along with your receipt. It is typically found on a different color receipt (in my experience, it is yellow). Once you have that number on the receipt, you will want to reach out to a Cast Member in Merchandise Guest Services, either via
email or by phone at 1-877-560-647. Share the number with them, as well as your information, and they can help you track your item and tell you which provider they used to ship it.
