I know that opinions differ, but I am trying to decide which resort to stay at - we are 3 adults - mom, dad, nana, and a 2 year old. Would you suggest staying at Coronado Springs or AKL?

I would recommend the Animal Kingdom Lodge for your family. Coronado Springs Resort (CSR) is a very large resort which may be hard to manage with a small child. Nana might find the resort to be too vast as well. CSR is also a convention resort which brings in business people, including clientele that enjoy the outdoor bar and nightclub which can make things louder at night than at the quieter Animal Kingdom Lodge (AKL).

AKL is a large resort but easier to navigate. The zero-entry depth pool is excellent for small children. Nearby is a playground and the animal viewing is a great diversion for the young and young-at-heart too!
