    I would like to know if one of the value resort at disney his the best place for a single to stay

    I would recommend staying Disney's Pop Century Resort!!  The 60's Hippy Dippy Pool has a great pool side bar and table tennis table.  There seemed to be other adults without kids hanging out there.  If you are looking for a great value resort I would recommend the Pop Century.  If you have a bit more flexibility I would recommend Disney's Boardwalk Resort.  The Boardwalk is the happening place every night of the week.  Hope you have a fabulous visit!!
