Hi! I know that there is no electrical parade anymore... Is there a special event at the closing time of Magic Kingdom? What can I do to finish a perfect day?

Hello Olga and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Oh how I love The Magic Kingdom Park, it truly is my most favourite spot on planet earth and like you I usually feel the need to stay there within the magic for as long as I can until the very, very end of my Disney day!
I'm happy to share that at the end of most every day around 30 minutes after park closing 'The Kiss Goodnight' happens at Cinderella Castle; this little known and enchanting 2 minute event is the Magic Kingdom's own way of saying "Farewell' to it's many Guests.
The Kiss Goodnight is set to the music of 'When You Wish Upon a Star' and Cinderella Castle is set all-a-glow with 1000s of glittering and twinkling lights and there is a gentle voice using Walt Disney's very own thoughts & wishes and ends with a heartfelt thank you for visiting.
However, The Kiss Goodnight usually does not take place during specially ticketed events such as Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party or Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party.
For me The Kiss Goodnight certainly provides a beautiful ending to a practically perfect in every way day!
