Hi Ashley,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am excited to hear that you all are going to
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party!
To check to see if your tickets are linked in
My Disney Experience, login to your account and then click on "My Plans." Once you are in "My Plans," you should see two tabs to click on - one says "Daily Itinerary" and the other says "Tickets and Memory Maker." If you click on the "Tickets and Memory Maker" tab, you should be able to see all of your tickets linked. If the tickets are not linked, you will need to go back to "My Plans" and click on the tab that says "Park Tickets" and then "Link Tickets."
There is another possible scenario. Since your husband set up his own My Disney Experience Account, he may have already linked the tickets. If this is the case, I suggest that you all simply make sure that you are "Sharing All Plans" in My Disney Experience. To share plans with your husband, go to the "Family & Friends link under "My Plans." If you all are not already linked, you will need to "Add a Guest." Be sure to share all plans.
If you have difficulties, please feel free to call one of the excellent cast members in website support at 407-939-4357 or Existing Tickets at 407-566-4985. If your MagicBands are already linked, once you link and assign your tickets to each member of your party, you should be all set to go.
Ashley, I trust that you will love Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party - the lights on Cinderella Castle, the characters dressed in their holiday best and the special treats are amazing!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
