Ahoy there, Kevin!
Welcome aboard planDisney!
Halloween on the High Seas is one of my favorite times to sail—it’s the perfect combo of spooky and spectacular. I love hanging out on the pool deck under the stars with a treat in hand while Halloween classics play on Funnel Vision. And the decorations around the ship? Chef’s kiss! Let’s get to your question faster than Lightning McQueen on a raceway.
Now, entertainment schedules can always shift faster than a magic carpet ride, so everything is subject to change. But as of now, here are the films currently showing in the
Wonderland and
Never Land Cinemas aboard the Wish:
• Elio
• Inside Out 2
• Lilo & Stitch
• Moana 2
• Mufasa: The Lion King
• Captain America: Brave New World
• Magic of Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point
• Magic of the Disney Treasure
• Snow White (Live Action)
• Thunderbolts*
There may be a few surprise additions by the time your September sailing arrives (especially with new films being released this summer), but the best way to confirm the lineup once onboard is to check your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app early and often.
As for the Broadway-style shows, here’s what you can typically expect based on past itineraries for the Wish:
• Embarkation Day –
Disney Seas the Adventure (a magical musical welcome that always gives me goosebumps)
• Day 2 (Nassau) – Halloween festivities like Mickey’s Mouse-querade and trick-or-treating
• Day 3 (Castaway Cay) –
The Little Mermaid• Day 4 (At Sea) –
Disney’s Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular (which is, hands down, one of my favorites—Genie steals the show every single time)
Be sure to check the Navigator app after you board, though, as the lineup could shift based on ship logistics and special events.
I hope this helps you get your movie and show schedule dialed in faster than Maui can say “You’re Welcome!” Whether you’re spending time with royalty under the sea or heading off on a magic carpet ride, this itinerary sounds like it’s packed with pixie dust from bow to stern!
Sea ya real soon with a July full of fireworks at sea and memories that sparkle like pixie dust,
Dustin
