    I know there is a 16 minute/mile pace requirement on the half marathons and marathons, does that apply to the Expedition Everest Challenge too?

    Hi Heath!  There is not the rule of a 16 minute/mile pace for the Expedition Everest Challenge.  It's not only a 5K run, but it is also a scavenger hunt and an obstacle course. I am sure that as long as you finish in a reasonable amount of time, then it will be fine.  I am on a team with my eight year-old son, and I don't imagine we will be setting any speed records!  But, I do know that we will have a great time!
