Hello, Jacob and welcome! Thanks for riding a wave over to planDisney for some SPLASHtastic fun!
Now, Jacob, when my family and I visit the Walt Disney World Resort, we never have our own vehicle and love taking advantage of
complimentary resort transportation. There is just something so relaxing about relinquishing our keys and letting Mickey Mouse do the driving!
So, let's DIVE into the specifics of getting around the Walt Disney World Resort. When your final destination is
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, if you are NOT staying at
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort or
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, you will need to
first make your way to the bus stop at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park where you will find a bus to Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park.
Since you're hoping to start your day at
Disney Springs, I would either return to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel (
IF you are staying at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort or Disney's Coronado Springs Resort) or I recommend a bus to
Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas- Kidani Village and then proceed with the steps above. When you've had your fill of water-themed fun you can take the steps in reverse, whether you want to head back to Disney Springs for a late night snack or return to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel to rest for your next Magical day.
When you're ready to abandon your swim gear for the culture of
EPCOT, you will find a plethora of transportation options. Depending on which
Disney Resorts Collection hotel you've booked, you will find the option of a bus or gondola (via the Disney Skyliner) directly to the park. However, since EPCOT opens a bit later, I appreciate that you might want to spend a few hours shopping before your park time. From Disney Springs, I recommend taking a bus to
Disney's Beach Club Resort or
Disney's BoardWalk Villas and then use the walkway to enter EPCOT through the International Gateway.
Jacob, I hope this information helps as you are dreaming about your Disney days. If you have additional questions, please come on back to planDisney.
Wishing you a pixie dusted stay,
Lauren
