    How do you know if a Magic band is in working order after a couple years?

    Hi William! When the Magic Bands were released a couple of years ago they told us that the batteries were to last approximately two years. If you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World and have older bands I would suggest you opt for the new ones. This will guarantee that you will not have any issues with them working during your stay. The new ones are also lighter in weight and more comfortable then the original ones.

    If you have questions concerning your bands I suggest you call the Magic Band number which is 407-939-3471. They can check through their systems if your band is still active and in working order.
