Hi would like to know if there is a way i could get a list of restaurants for the parks that serve gluten fee options

Hi Kathleen!  Generally the Disney restaurants will gladly help their guests when they have a dietary need but it can become more of a challenge when dining at the Quick Service locations. I always suggest guests ask to talk with the manager in charge and to see the dietary list of ingredients on their menu as they keep a notebook with this information.

I am sure you are trying to plan your days according to where you want to eat so another suggestion is to contact the Disney Dining and ask if they have a list they can share with you. Always remember that menus change constantly so double check and ask at all locations.  You can contact them through email at or by calling them directly at 407-824-5967. Hope this helps!
