    I know there is a limit of 3 people per household when it comes to making reservation, I want to know if my daughter who will be turning 3 this year and will not be paying for a ticket counts as a person?

    I'm happy to report that your entire family is welcome to visit the Disneyland Resort together. The state guideline that you are referring to states that groups of no more than three households may visit the theme park together. You are welcome to bring all individuals from your household! 
     
    While you do not need to purchase a ticket for your little one under the age of 3, you will need to purchase tickets for the rest of your household. Also, make sure to secure a Theme Park Reservation for each member of your party over the age of 3. This reservation is required in addition to your valid admission. I recommend checking the Availability Calendar prior to purchasing your tickets to confirm your desired date and theme park are available.
