I would like to know if we could leave our luggage with the hotel when we arrive if our room is not ready. We are staying at all star movies. We will be arriving around 12pm and we know that rooms may not ready til 4pm. We would like to go to a park asap.

    Hi again Brittany,

No one wants to miss a moment of fun in the theme parks waiting around for your room to be ready -- and you shouldn't have to.

I think I recall from a previous question that you plan to use Disney's Magical Express free transportation service from Orlando International Airport. If that is the case, you can choose to have your bags claimed by Magical Express cast members and delivered directly to your room. I haven't used Magical Express because I live nearby, but many of my Moms Panel friends recommend this luggage delivery option. It takes about three hours for your bags to arrive from the airport.

If you aren't using Magical Express or if you prefer to claim your bags yourself at the airport, you still can be on your way to the parks quickly. Simply leave your luggage with bell services if your room isn't available.

I've found that Disney usually does an excellent job of making rooms available by guests' arrival times, even if the arrival is before the guaranteed availability. I'm sure it will all go smoothly for you.

Please let us know if we can answer any other questions as you plan your trip. Enjoy!
