Ahoy, Sara!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by to see us as you prepare for your sailing on the
Disney Treasure later this year!
Sara, whenever I'm preparing to set sail with Mickey and friends, I always make it a point to check the
List of Prohibited and Restricted Items to ensure a smooth embarkation day. The list includes specifications for hair dryers and other styling products, as well as important information regarding restrictions on alcohol, electronics, and other household items. While you are welcome to bring a hair dryer from home that meets the requirements, I often choose to save space in my luggage and use the one provided in our stateroom.
Inside your stateroom, you'll find a
variety of outlets, including options to accommodate U.S., Canadian, and European plugs. My panelist pal, Keri, shared more about what
specific outlets you can expect to find on the Treasure so you can plan accordingly. As a reminder, extension cords, multi-plugs, power strips, and surge protectors are not permitted on board.
As you start thinking about what to pack for your cruise, don't forget to plan for the
SPOOK-tacular festivities you can expect during your
Halloween on the High Seas sailing. With special entertainment, unique food and beverage offerings, and plenty of festive fun, it's sure to be a
fa-BOO-lous time! If you haven't already, I'd suggest taking a peek at the
Disney Parks Blog for their full guide to Halloween on the High Seas.
I hope this information has been helpful, Sara, and that you enjoy making many magical memories at sea! If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again here at planDisney!
SEA ya real soon!
