I know that kids under 3 get in free but do they still have to have a ticket to get in? I was going to get a magic band but didn't know if it would even be worth it yet since he is just turning 2. Thanks in advance!

    Hey Savanna,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am so excited your little one will get to experience Walt Disney World Resort so young. He is going to have a great time and see so many wonderful things. In addition he will be able to get a picture with Mickey Mouse. So cute!

Children under the age of three years old do not need a theme park ticket and do not need a MagicBand. You may get one if you want but it is not necessary to enter the theme parks.

Disney Dad Tip: If you decide to get a MagicBand for your son, place it on his ankle instead of his wrist.

Savanna, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
