    Do you know if/how I can buy replacement makeup from the BBB? The makeup my daughter was given was broken and she is devastated, since it was special from the castle. We will not be visiting Disney again in person. Thanks

    I understand completely how important this makeup kit must be to your little girl! Of course any souvenir from a Disney vacation is special but, something she received from inside Cinderella Castle during a trip to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is surely filled with memorable magic!

    So, now for some great news! Walt Disney World Resort has a merchandise mail order option open Monday through Friday 9 am to 5:30 pm, EST! Simply Call: 877-560-6477, Fax: 407-352-6369 or E-mail: wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com and in as much detail as possible, describe the must have treasure. The helpful cast members will then search their database of thousands of merchandise items to try to locate what you seek and arrange to get it sent to you.

    Sending much pixie dust your way that your daughter's broken heart will be replaced by sparkling eyes and joy when the replacement article arrives in the mail to your home!
