I know the hotels are stilled closed at this time, but we're looking for booking a room at Paradise Pier in April '21 for our daughter's birthday & 1st DL visit. What are the average rates at that time of year?

    Welcome to planDisney, Amber!

My family and I have loved staying at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel. In fact, our most recent stays have been at that delightful California beach-themed resort. I love how it offers a good mix of value with the magical touches that can only be found at the Disneyland Resort Hotels

The nightly rates for stays at the Disneyland Resort Hotels in 2021 have not yet been released. But maybe I can give you an idea of the range for prices. April is likely to be at or near peak season, due to the popular Spring Break season. We stayed at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel in July of 2019, which was also a peak season. Our nightly non-discounted rate was $412 plus tax. Normally, you can expect rates to go up a small amount from year to year.

Tony’s Tip: Keep an eye on the Disneyland Resort special offers and discounts page. You never know what special hotel rates may pop up!

Normally, Disneyland Resort Hotel rates for the following year are released during the late summer of the current year. Although the 2021 rates are not yet released due to the temporary closure of the Disneyland Resort this year, I’m hopeful that they will be soon. I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and the Disneyland Resort experiences update page for the latest news on the upcoming reopening of the Disneyland Resort Hotels.

Happy birthday, to your daughter, Amber. And I wish a very merry unbirthday to you too! I’m wishing upon a star that all your daughter’s birthday wishes come true when you visit The Happiest Place on Earth next spring.
