Do you know of any hotels that would allow pets (dogs) either in Walt Disney World or near it? I really want to keep my dogs with me, at night especially. One of my dogs is very elderly and I don't think she could handle being without us at her age.

Check out the bottom of this link the "tips and fun facts" section.  I don't know if you are interested, but this is the only place inside of all Walt Disney World where you can actually have your pets onsite with you.  There are a very select group of campsite rings that will allow your pets to be with you, if I recollect from my visits it was the first 3 campsite rings, but I am not absolutely sure.  It does not sound like you have an RV or are planning a tent, but they do have air-conditioned cabins as well, I just am not sure if they are part of the pet rings.  Please call a reservation agent at (407) WDW-MAGIC (939-6244) and they can help you further with this, unfortunately I do not know of any pet policies outside of the Disney hotels, sorry...I hope this helps you though!
