Hi Victor!
Welcome to planDisney, and hello to a fellow Texan! Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR!
I think that visiting Disneyland Resort for any reason is always a good idea. Your visit aligns with the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival, the weather should be beautiful, and so many entertainment options have returned that were previously closed from the pandemic. A long, long time ago, Victor, Guests would need to purchase an
admission ticket to get into the theme park and then
also have to purchase ticket booklets that would be redeemed for individual attractions. (Very similar to the State Fair of Texas or Houston Rodeo.)
Luckily those days are no more at
Disneyland Resort and all of the
attractions and entertainment options are included with the price of admission! So feel free to walk around,
dine, and take in the ambiance, but Mickey also wants you to find your happy place on any of the dozens of iconic
attractions! You'll be happy to know that you're never too big to ride a 'kiddie' ride at Walt's original theme park, so feel free to ride the classics like Dumbo the Flying Elephant and "it's a small world" as many times as you want. I assume you're tall enough for the more thrilling attractions like Space Mountain, but you're also more than welcome to Disney your way. If you'd rather just walk around, take a selfie with your
favorite pal, and only enjoy the
shops and
scenery, then you're still welcome to be our guest!
I hope that this helped to clEAR up your question, Victor! Thank you again so much for stopping by planDisney, and We'll See You Real Soon!
