    I just want to know if you have any handicap carts available or handicap scooters or do we need a reservation

    Welcome and thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your question!   

    Wheelchair or Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) Rentals are available before you enter the theme parks. They can be found in the Esplanade next to the Disneyland Park Main Entrance and at the Pixar Pals Parking Structure. Reservation for wheelchairs and ECVs rentals are not permitted. They are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like to rent one, please arrive early as only a limited number are available each day.
