I know that "Be Our Guest" is a quick service restaurant at lunch time, but do you need a reservation? If not, how likely is it that you will actually get to eat lunch in the castle? Also, does Beast visit during meal times - lunch and/or dinne

    Hi Laura!

Greetings from Ontario!  It's always nice to answer a question from a fellow Canadian!  I am glad to hear you are considering dining at Be Our Guest, it is one of my favourite restaurants on Walt Disney World Property!  Currently, guests do not need a reservation for lunch at Be Our Guest Restaurant. And the line tends to move quickly, so your chances of being able to dine in the castle are very high.  I would recommend to line up early, the Cast Members will allow a queue to begin forming at around 10:30 am for the lunch seating.

Be Our Guest is technically not a character dining location, so the Beast does not walk around the castle greeting guests.  He has been seen during dinner service waiting at the exit to pose with guests on the way out of the castle.  As always, the Beast is very busy hosting dinner in his castle and it is not guaranteed that he will be available for meet and greets during this time.

Please let me know if you have any other questions while planning Laura.  I would be happy to help make your "Disney Time" even more magical!
