    I know for Genie+ we get our 2 passes and then once we scan into our first ride we can then get our next one. Does that prevent the rest of us from getting our next pass if not everyone gets on? My husband does not fit on all the rides.

    I'm so glad you've brought us your question. Consider me your personal Genie (just without the magic lamp) because I'm happy to grant all the answers to your inquiry.

    Disney Genie+ Service is a valuable tool for saving time in the parks. I purchase it for every visit to Magic Kingdom Park and take full advantage of its convenience when hopping between multiple parks on the same day. You can purchase this service beginning at midnight on the day of your visit, and then make your first selection at 7 a.m. 

    Don't worry if your entire travel party won't be riding every attraction together. You can pick and choose who to include when making your first selection as well as subsequent selections throughout the day. You'll also have the option to edit your travel party, modify the return time when available, or cancel an experience altogether. So let's say you snag a 7 a.m. Lightning Lane for the whole group but your husband decides not to ride once you arrive at the attraction. You can modify your party to remove him from the experience freeing up his availability to select another attraction. As the rest of your party completes the initial experience you can make a new selection.

    You'll only be limited if a member of your group tries to make a new selection before redeeming the current experience or if it's been less than 2 hours, depending on your assigned return time. The My Disney Experience Mobile App will give you an error message indicating the problem if and when that occurs. 

    If you experience any problems or need troubleshooting for technical issues don't hesitate to visit the Guest Experience Team stationed in each park. I visited them last year when my app wasn't cooperating and they were more than happy to assist.
