If you added
Disney Genie+ to your tickets at time of purchase, your ticket will say that you have Genie+ service. For example, my recent ticket said “2-Day Ticket with Admission to 1 Park Per Day and Disney Genie+ Service.” In your
Disneyland mobile app, go to Tickets and Passes, and you should see your tickets there. You can also check the email confirmation you received at time of purchase.
If you did not add Genie+ service at time of purchase, you will still have the option to purchase it once you have entered the parks, subject to availability. You can open the
Disneyland mobile app, go to Tip Board, and try to select your first Lightning Lane. It will prompt you to add Genie+ service for any Guests whose tickets are linked to your account.
