I know that the Friendship boat will drop me off at the Epcot back entrance. I purchased my park tickets online and since I don’t have a magic band or card I need to check in at a ticket kiosk to get my entrance tic. Is their a tic kiosk at back entrance?

    Hi Dorothy!

Welcome to planDisney! I'm excited to hear that you are getting ready for a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation and I'm even more excited to see that you are starting your trip at my favorite theme park. I love EPCOT's unique attractions and entertainment, but I think EPCOT's food is my favorite part. You'll find a wide variety of meals, snacks, and beverages, along with seasonal festival booths that are always bringing something new to the park!

If you are taking water transportation to the theme park, the Friendship boats will drop you off at EPCOT's International Gateway entrance, which will allow you to enter the theme park in World Showcase. You will find a Guest Relations location at the International Gateway entrance and this location offers ticketing services. So you are welcome to pick up your ticket cards from this location. In fact, I picked up my most recent Annual Passholder card from this Guest Relations location and it worked perfectly!

Dorothy, be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app for your trip because it's a great way to manage all of your vacation plans. It will also give you access to the Disney MagicMobile Service, which will allow you to use your iPhone, Apple Watch, or Google Pay enabled Android phone to access all of your entitlements, including your theme park tickets!

Let us know if we can help you with additional questions. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
