I would like to know if the food at the Yak and Yeti resturant in Animak Kingdom contains MSG?

    Hi Mary Beth!

The Yak and Yeti is our favorite restaurant in Animal Kingdom. One of my children is already petitioning me to make reservations there for our next visit. A few items on the Asian themed menu contain MSG. One from the appetizer menu, Wok-Fried Green Beans, and Chicken Fried Rice contain MSG and do not allow for substitutions. The Lo Mein Noodles and Stir Fried Rice contain MSG but you may request a soy sauce substitution. Check with your server, the manager on duty, or the chef before ordering. I recommend the Malaysian Seafood Curry or the Maple Tamarind Chicken. Enjoy your meal!
