How do I know if the Florida Residency has been verified? I bought a seasons pass for my mom under my account and I THINK I verified her but I don't know how to check if it is verified or not?

Hi there Krista! Thanks for stopping by with your questions. We can definitely help you here at planDisney.

Residents of Florida have a unique opportunity to enjoy the magic all year long with an Annual Pass. The Pixie Dust Pass is a great option and you can customize it with sports and water park add-ons. When you use the My Disney Experience App you would have used the "Customize Your Tickets" section. If you used the Disneyworld.com option then you would have done it through the "Your Florida Resident Information."

Digital Residency Verification has to be done during the purchase of your tickets online. But have no fear you can still verify your Florida residency in person. Once verified it would show in the "Tickets and Passes" section of the My Disney Experience app. If you still arent able to figure out if the ticket has been verified you can simply Call Walt Disney World you can find help with the Annual Passholder phone number listed in this link.

I hope the information provided was useful and please if you have any other planning needs be sure to drop us a line.

    Have a magical day!
