Do you know how I can find out if I have a Pin Code on file?

    Hi there Brandi!

The elusive 'PIN Codes' are a very random and mysterious gift to lucky guests!
I've only ever received one of them in the 10 or so years that I've had an online account with Disney.

The codes are sent out by email, based on your Disney website account sign-in email address. If you're selected to receive a code, you'll receive an email directly from Disney advising you of the offer's details, applicable dates and how to redeem your offer. Usually, it's by calling in to a reservations number and entering or advising them of the 'PIN code' you received. Sometimes, you can enter them online but they are validated based on a question you'll be asked to identify yourself as the owner of the PIN (by entering your phone number or zip code for example). PIN Codes are therefore not transferable.

Keep checking your email, and be sure to log in to your Disney online account regularly to keep your travel preferences and information up to date. You just never know when another magical offer might fly into YOUR InBox!

Wishing you a simply Magical time dreaming of your next trip to Walt Disney World!
