Hi, Christian!
You have come to the right place. Helping guests plan their magical vacations is our specialty! All along your planning process, feel free to pop back with any questions.
So let's get started! First, select your travel dates. The first question, whether booking online or by phone will be "when do you want to travel?" For a first visit, 5 nights is great length of time. This will allow you to visit each of the 4 theme parks, one per day. If you have more time for your vacation, you can add in a visit to a Water Park, or simply plan a day lounging at your pool.
Then,
select your resort. You will find hotels in the Value, Moderate, and Deluxe price ranges, so figure out your budget. A Moderate Resort, such as Port Orleans French Quarter, is a great resort for first timers. It is not super huge and is easy to get around.
Next, you will need to select your
theme park tickets. If possible, try for at least a 4 day ticket. A "base" ticket will allow you to visit one park per day. If you think you would like to change parks mid-day, you can add on the "Park Hopper" option.
You can add on the Disney Dining Plan to your vacation if you want all your meals pre-paid.
I suggest you book a
Magic Your Way vacation package. It is "one stop shopping" and will walk you through all the options if you book online. If you prefer, call a friendly Cast Member a (407)934-7639 and you book over the phone. Each Cast Member is super helpful and will be happy to review your options with you.
Have fun booking your magical First Visit to Walt Disney World!
