Do you know how I can find my dining plan credits on my Disney experience? My friend has it showing on their resort page but I only have my room charges in its place.

    Hi Stuart!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Thank you for sending in this question - I see from your Arrival Date that you are already here, and I fully understand that you would like the convenience of checking your Disney Dining Plan balance on your My Disney Experience account.  Ensure that you are logged in to your account, and then tap on My Resort.  Underneath your Room Number you should see a selection of options - Unlock Door, Check Dining Plan, View Charges, See Bus Times and Check Directions.  If 'Check Dining Plan' is there, tap on it to display your remaining dining plan balance.  If you do not see that option, I would visit the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel to ask if they can help you with this.

There are some other ways to check your balance - your Front Desk Disney Cast Members can always provide a print-out of your remaining balance.  Also, your dining receipt from any restaurant will display your remaining balance and your server or Cast Member on the till can tell you full  details of your remaining credits.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help!  And while you are enjoying your holiday, keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest news and updates on any events that may be happening during your stay.
